Igår var jeg inde forbi byen, da jeg skulle hente nogen bøger og lige ville kigge ind hos Hope for at tage Charlie støvlerne yderligere i betragtning. Jeg fandt, at jeg ikke kan vente med at købe dem ( oh no! ), da Hope er begyndt at køre med en ny cognac udgave og jeg kan egentlig bedre lige den gamle. Så nu står der et par cognac Hope Charlie klar til mig på mandag. Derudover fandt jeg den fineste lette bomulds strik fra Hopes herrelinie på udsalg, jeg skulle have den. Selvfølgelig endte jeg også i COS og kom hjem med endnu en t-shirt i senneps-registeret. Jeg er begyndt at give beklædningsstykkerne navne efter forskellige typer sennep. Måske jeg skulle lave en sennepspost.

I went by the inner city to get some books and swing by Hope to take a look at the lovely Charlie boots. In hope I found that the boot has come in a new cognac colour and that I better like the old one… So I have to act fast and a pair is waiting for me on Monday in the right cognac colour. I found the above gorgeous light cotton knit from their men’s line at sale, couldn’t help myself. And of course I had so pass by COS… And guess what came home with me, another odd mustard coloured t-shirt. I have started giving them names after different kinds of mustard. I might think about doing a mustard post.

Today is quite visual. Found this series from Blend at Couté Que Couté and liked it immediately. Makes me want to dress airy, pink and fragile, if you even want to dress at all…

I need the Hope Charlie boot in cognac… I have his distant black cousin, but I hope to get the lighter version soon.

Skulle ind med et par sko til forsåling og faldt over COS. Fandt den fine karrysenneps-farvede t-shirt, som jeg glæder mig til at sporte med mine blegede jeans og den grå t-shirt var endda på udsalg. … og så er der min hat… jeg elsker den hat.

Was in town with a pair of shoes that needed to be soled and feel over COS. Found the beautiful mustard-curry coloured t-shirt that I can’t wait to wear with my newly bleached jeans and the grey one was even at sale. …. and then there is my hat… I do love that hat.

Undskyld… Jeg skulle til, at komme med mit sureste opstød om den danske blogsfære her til dato, men mine finere fornemmelser fangede mig og jeg vil gemme det, til jeg har artikuleret det vel. I stedet kan i se min nye hat – den har nok ikke helt samme underholdningsværdi, men fin det er den.

Sorry… I was about to went my spleen against the danish blogosphere here, but my finer feelings caught up with me. I will save it until it is well articulated. Instead you can see my new hat, I guess it does not have the same entertainment value but it is pretty.

Når man sidder og surfer, finder man en gang i mellem noget, hvor man tænker; “Det er ikke revolutionerende, men jeg kan nu godt lide det”. Strukturen i den mørkeblå strik og  de skødesløst store bukser er en fed måde at få struktur ind i et outfit på. Bindebæltet er også en virkelig god lille ting.

Browsing trough all kinds of different fashion news and sites you some times stumble upon something thinking “It is not revolutionary, but I like it”. The structure of the knit and the extreme slouchiness of the pants are a really good way to gain some structure in an outfit. The leather tie belt is a little something as well.

I er måske snart træt af at se de her bukser. Men ville lige vise dem på og det hele! Har været ude hele dagen og blive tusset med Mia, ikke mig men hende. Vi har kommet på veninde tusch, drukket ustyrlige mængder kaffe og kigget på mennesker. Hvis man kunne have flere af sådanne dage.

You might be feed up with these trousers soon, but I thought I would just show them on. Have been out all day with Mia, getting tattoos ( not me ) and planning new ones, drinking way to much coffee and looking at people. If more days could be like this.

Young var forbi til middag for et lille stykke tid siden og tog nogen billeder. Janus ser så fin ud i sin Paul Smith skjorte. Dejlig aften med slik og hygge.

There you go. Got some old Acne pants that I had never worn because I apparently can’t agree with blue jeans. Bleach, some rubbergloves and a nice wash. It was as easy as cake and I am quite satisfied with the result. Now I just need colder weather so I can wear them.
